Job summary

Jacobs in Orlando seeks a seasoned Systems Integration Specialist with extensive Cityworks experience and AMS integration for water and utilities. You will lead planning, configuration, and data integration across GIS, SCADA, ERP, and other enterprise systems, delivering automated workflows and dashboards to support asset lifecycle management.

You will mentor staff, guide digital transformation initiatives, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of GIS, Cityworks, and enterprise systems integration experience
• Designing and implementing integrated GIS/AMS solutions aligned with asset management
• Proficiency with ESRI tools and scripting for data interoperability
• Leading multidisciplinary teams and managing system-focused projects
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, configuration, and maintenance of Cityworks and its integration with GIS and enterprise systems (SCADA, CCTV, ERP)
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, dashboards, and reports for asset lifecycle management
• Align asset data standards with IAM frameworks and asset management objectives
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT to improve usability and data reliability
• Provide technical leadership in GIS-based asset inventory, condition assessment, and performance monitoring
• Support digital transformation including mobile data collection, field integration, and cloud services
• Mentor junior staff and support change management related to digital asset systems
