Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Systems Integration Specialist with extensive experience in Cityworks and GIS/AMS integrations for water, wastewater, and utilities. You will lead planning, configuration, and maintenance of Cityworks, integrate with GIS, SCADA, ERP, and other systems, and drive asset lifecycle decision support.

Candidate will design automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting while mentoring staff and guiding digital asset initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geomatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of GIS, Cityworks, and enterprise systems integration experience.
• Experience designing integrated GIS/AMS solutions aligned with asset management strategies.
• Strong proficiency with ESRI tools, Python, SQL Server, REST APIs, and system interoperability.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing system-focused projects from conception to implementation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, configuration, and maintenance of Cityworks and integration with GIS/enterprise systems.
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting for asset lifecycle management.
• Ensure data standards alignment with IAM frameworks and asset management objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT to enhance usability and data reliability.
• Provide technical leadership in GIS-based asset inventory, condition assessment, and performance monitoring.
• Support digital transformation including mobile data collection, field integration, and cloud services.
• Mentor junior staff and lead training on Cityworks and GIS tools.
