Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Systems Integration Specialist to lead Cityworks configurations and GIS integrations for water, wastewater, and other utilities. You will guide asset data standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive decision-support through dashboards and APIs.

The role requires extensive GIS and enterprise systems experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Hybrid work policy applies with potential field and office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; GISP/IAM preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in GIS, Cityworks, and enterprise systems integration in utilities/public works.
• Experience designing integrated GIS/AMS solutions aligned with asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, configuration, and maintenance of Cityworks and its GIS integrations.
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting for asset lifecycle management.
• Ensure data standards alignment with IAM frameworks and asset management objectives.
