Job summary

Jacobs seeks a seasoned Systems Integration Specialist to lead Cityworks GIS integrations for water, wastewater, and utilities. You will drive asset lifecycle support, data integration, and decision-making through advanced dashboards and workflows.

The role emphasizes IAM-aligned asset data practices, collaboration across engineering, operations, and IT, and leadership for digital asset initiatives, including mobile data collection and cloud services.

Qualifications

6+ years of GIS, Cityworks, and enterprise systems integration experience.
Experience designing integrated GIS/AMS solutions aligned with asset management.
Strong communication and leadership skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, configuration, and maintenance of Cityworks and GIS integrations.
Develop automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting for asset lifecycle management.
Align asset data standards with IAM and asset management objectives.
Collaborate with engineering, operations and IT to improve usability and data reliability.
Provide technical leadership in GIS-based asset inventory and condition assessment.
Support digital transformation including mobile data collection and cloud services.
Mentor junior staff and lead change management for digital asset systems.
