Jacobs seeks a seasoned Systems Integration Specialist with extensive Cityworks and GIS integration experience to support water, wastewater, and utilities asset management projects. You will lead cross‑functional teams, design automated workflows, and improve data reliability.

The role offers hybrid work and a base salary range of $100,000 to $175,000, depending on location, skills, and education. Strong communication and leadership are essential to deliver value for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years GIS, Cityworks, and enterprise systems integration experience.
• Experience designing and implementing integrated GIS/AMS solutions aligned with asset management strategies.
• Strong proficiency with ESRI tools (ArcGIS Pro/Portal Online), Python, SQL Server, REST APIs, and interoperability.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, configuration, and maintenance of Cityworks and its integration with GIS and other enterprise systems (e.g., SCADA, CCTV, ERP).
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools for asset lifecycle management and risk-based decision-making.
• Ensure alignment of asset data standards with IAM frameworks and asset management objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system usability and data reliability.
• Provide technical leadership in GIS-based asset inventory development and performance monitoring.
• Support digital transformation including mobile data collection, field integration, and cloud services.
• Mentor junior staff and facilitate training on Cityworks and GIS tools.
