Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in geotechnical engineering are required.
• 10+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Ohio P.E. license is required or eligible to obtain in the state of residence.
• Proficiency in GeoStudio, APILE, LPILE, GROUP, SHAFT, Plaxis, Midas, SLIDE, Settle3D, and MSEW.

Responsibilities

• Provides geotechnical engineering support on multiple project types including transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Performs assignments using standard geotechnical techniques with engineering judgment.
• Prepares and reviews geotechnical reports and project scopes.
• Manages task scopes, budgets, and schedules; assigns work to staff.
• Engages with clients and develops new project opportunities; attends site meetings.
