Job summary

Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, is seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager for the Columbus, OH office. The role involves directing geotechnical projects, coordinating field and lab work, and ensuring client satisfaction in the A/E/C industry.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering and 3+ years of progressive geotechnical experience with project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering required.
• 3+ years of progressive Geotechnical Engineering experience with active project management experience required.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute geotechnical project assignments including field exploration, laboratory services, engineering analysis, report preparation and review.
• Provide quality control review of proposals and reports and direct operations to meet client commitments.
• Participate in business development and marketing efforts while maintaining client relationships on technical aspects of assignments.
• Mentor and train senior and junior staff professionals.
