Intertek is seeking a Regional Engineer - Geotechnical for our PSI team in Columbus, OH. The role involves providing geotechnical engineering support on a variety of projects, reviewing reports, and mentoring staff.

The candidate will engage with clients, attend site meetings, and help develop new project opportunities, while adhering to safety practices. The position requires a geotechnical engineering background with 10+ years of experience, an ABET-accredited degree, and licensure eligible in

Competenze

Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in geotechnical engineering required.
10+ years' experience in geotechnical engineering roles.
Georgia P.E. License required or ability to obtain in state of residence and adjacent states as needed.

Mansioni

Provide geotechnical engineering support on Transportation/Infrastructure projects and other geotechnical-related projects.
Perform independent evaluations using standard geotechnical techniques and make engineering judgments.
Prepare and review geotechnical reports per specifications and project scope.
Assign work/tasks to staff and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
Engage with clients, attend client site meetings, and develop project opportunities.
Train and mentor technical staff and ensure safety practices.
