Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead our Geotechnical Department from our Wall Township, NJ headquarters. You will drive project delivery, mentor staff, and strengthen client partnerships while guiding proposals and new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will hold a NJ PE license with 8+ years of geotechnical project management experience and strong leadership across investigations, design, and construction support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering is required.
• NJ PE license is mandatory and NJ-specific licensure is preferred.
• 8+ years of geotechnical project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
• Cultivate client relationships and provide strategic technical direction.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor junior engineers, geologists, and technicians.
• Prepare and review investigation reports and technical specs.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and schedules.
• Support proposals and business development for the geotechnical division.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
