French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Civil/Site Department at our Wall Township, NJ headquarters. You will manage site engineering and land development projects, nurture client relationships, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role involves pursuing opportunities, overseeing proposals and budgets, ensuring QA/QC, and collaborating with clients and subconsultants to advance projects from concept through

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in site engineering and land development.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of New Jersey.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain close relationship with clients and identify opportunities for extensions and add-ons to existing projects and opportunities for new projects.
• Identify leads within existing clients to sell the services of other FPA departments.
• Assist with client presentations as required and prepare proposals at the Department Manager's request, including budgets for hours and dollars.
• Establish a project work plan and a QA/QC process aligned with FPA policies and procedures.
• Coordinate activities with Marketing and other technical disciplines during proposal development.
