French & Parrello Associates (FPA) in Wall Township, NJ seeks an experienced Project Manager for Civil/Site to lead site engineering and land development projects, strengthen client relationships, and advance company growth. The role covers pursuit, design, approvals, and construction support with a focus on cross-disciplinary collaboration across the firm.

The candidate should have 10+ years in site engineering/land development, a NJ PE license, and a track record in client development and risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in site engineering and land development.
• PE license in New Jersey required to practice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client development and proposals.
• Strong risk management and cross-selling capabilities.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead project pursuit through design, approvals, and construction support.
• Manage client development, proposals, and project financial performance.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and develop future leaders; strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with municipal boards, regulatory agencies, and subconsultants.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules; manage change orders.
• Represent clients during approval processes and communicate progress.
