French & Parrello Associates (FPA) seeks an experienced Electrical Group Manager for our Wall Township, NJ headquarters. Lead and develop the Electrical Engineering staff, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth for a fast-expanding engineering firm.

Ideal candidate will have extensive electrical design experience in consulting engineering or construction, hold NJ and NY professional licensure, and guide technical direction while ensuring project and financial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university.
• 10+ years applicable design experience in consulting engineering and/or construction projects.
• Professional License, NJ & NY.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Electrical group, coordinating staffing with Project Managers.
• Oversee quality control, department standards, and client meetings.
• Contribute to proposals and represent FPA at technical conferences.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and drive project success.
