The candidate will lead field work, design analyses, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver complex geotechnical solutions. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering background with geotechnical focus, 5–7 years of related experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering and related disciplines.
• Proficiency with listed design software.
• Willingness to travel and perform field work.
• Must pass WSP Motor Vehicle screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field observation and inspection of subsurface investigations.
• Design and analyze geotechnical systems for bridges, tunnels, and buildings.
• Prepare geotechnical memoranda and reports.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and project partners.
• Develop geotechnical work in New England and other areas.
• Maintain quality control and precise data reporting.
