Job summary

WSP is seeking a Geotechnical Engineering Lead to guide design and analysis for bridges, tunnels, and earth structures in New England. You will lead teams, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate complex results to stakeholders.

The role requires a PE license, 7–10 years of geotechnical experience, and ability to travel to multiple offices. Massachusetts work locations and project scopes are involved within New England.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical/tunneling focus.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Professional Engineer license required.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze geotechnical systems for bridges, buildings, tunnels and retaining walls.
• Draft memoranda and design reports with clear conclusions.
• Coordinate geotechnical work across New England and beyond.
