Job summary

American Engineering Testing Inc in Fargo is seeking an Engineer 3 to coordinate and lead geotechnical testing services, directing project teams and producing technical reports. The role requires strong client interaction, field coordination, and ability to drive project success.

Qualifications include a Civil/Geotechnical engineering degree with 10+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 8+ years), and PE registration with eligibility to obtain registrations in other states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with 10+ years of related experience or advanced degree with 8+ years of related experience (preferred).
• Professional Engineering (PE) registration is required; ability to obtain registration in other States as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project testing services and direct a project team across multi-disciplinary projects.
• Perform field testing coordination and staff assignment.
• Prepare formal geotechnical engineering reports and provide recommendations.
• Assist in coaching and training junior staff and conducting performance reviews.
• Develop and deliver proposals and marketing/business development activities to meet department goals.
