Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10 years of experience required
• Requires PE license recognized by licensing board
• Experience with MS Office, GIS, and CADD
• Experience with GeoStudio/Ensoft slope stability, settlement, seepage, and deep foundation software
• Experience with Bentley geotechnical data management software (gINT/OpenGround/LeapFrog)
• Knowledge of advanced numerical modeling techniques and software (Bentley, PLAXIS, Itasca FLAC)
• Active participant in employee-owned culture is a must

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare geotechnical investigations or design activities with significant impact on major programs
• Participate in marketing efforts for internal and external clients
• Organize and coordinate geotechnical investigations for transportation and other projects
• Perform geotechnical analyses, prepare reports, coordinate with designers to implement recommendations
• Serve as Technical Specialist or Project Manager on large projects as needed; PM is not sole focus
• Supervise professionals, technicians, and design teams as needed
• Perform other duties as needed
