Zusammenfassung

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead and execute geotechnical investigations and designs in support of water and civil projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver technically sound solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

You will use state-of-the-art geotechnical tools and modeling software, mentor junior staff, and help grow HDR's presence in the region while upholding our employee-owned culture and values.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• 10 years of geotechnical experience.
• Professional Engineer license or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, GIS, and CADD.
• Experience with GeoStudio/Ensoft slope stability and related software.
• Experience with Bentley geotechnical data tools (gINT/OpenGround/LeapFrog).
• Knowledge of Finite Difference/FEA/Discrete Element modeling and tools (Bentley/PLAXIS/Itasca FLAC).
• Commitment to employee-owned culture.

Aufgaben

• Plan and prepare geotechnical investigations and designs with major impact.
• Support marketing efforts for internal and external clients.
• Organize and coordinate geotechnical investigations for projects.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports; coordinate with designers.
• Serve as Technical Specialist or PM on large projects (PM not sole focus).
• Supervise professionals, technicians, and design teams as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.
