Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil, Mining or Geologic Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Creates excavation, dewatering, foundations and geo-environmental designs for projects.
• Reviews draft designs for compliance with regulations and approves completed designs.
• Ensures firm policies and practices are followed on all designs.
• Performs site reviews and studies to align designs with location specifications.
• Updates design requirements as necessary.
• Performs soil sampling analyses and modeling.
