Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil, Mining or Geologic Engineering; PE license; 7 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency contingent on duties and workload.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Design excavation, dewatering, foundations, dams/reservoirs/levees, and geo-environmental projects.
• Develop engineering designs from basic to high complexity to meet client needs.
• Review drafts for regulatory compliance and sign off on designs.
• Ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures and standards.
• Conduct site reviews and studies to align with location specifications.
• Perform soil sampling analyses and modeling as needed.
• Support sales with technical input for proposals and RFPs.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise where required.
