Job summary

AECOM is looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Geotechnical Engineer to lead projects in surface mining and heavy civil infrastructure. You will be responsible for project leadership, developing proposals, and mentoring staff while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS plus 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with strong client management skills and a professional engineer license preferred. This position offers excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education required.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Experience in civil design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership in civil design and water management.
• Serve as lead engineer on mid-to-large size projects.
• Mentor technical staff and develop project proposals.
