Job summary
Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with TS/SCI clearance to guide multi-discipline teams across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies. The role focuses on requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, and integration to ensure timely GEOINT delivery.
The candidate will lead mid- and junior-level engineers, translate mission needs into system requirements, and conduct AoAs/CoAs, trade studies, and Engineering Assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field; or 4 years additional experience without a degree.
- 12+ years of experience in government or industry in DoD/IC acquisition or systems engineering of large complex environments.
- Experience with systems engineering and NSG/ASG/NRO awareness.
Responsibilities
- Guide mid-/junior-level system engineers in requirements engineering, scheduling, analysis, and testing across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies.
- Translate mission requirements into system requirements and solutions, review cloud service capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limits.
- Perform AoAs, CoAs, trade studies, and Engineering Assessments to support strategic technical planning and project management.
- Coordinate across multiple systems, services, processes, and interfaces within Major Systems Acquisitions.
