Job summary

Strategic ACI is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to guide engineering teams in a multi-discipline approach for NSG/ASG and federal agencies, ensuring timely and accurate GEOINT. You will lead requirements and solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, and test across complex systems and cloud-based environments.

Requirements include a TS/SCI clearance and 12+ years in DoD/IC settings, with a strong lifecycle and traceability background. NGA/NSG/ASG program experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in government or industry in DoD/IC contexts and large System of Systems.
• Experience with NSG/ASG and NGA/NRO programs.
• Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and cloud/hybrid infra.

Responsibilities

• Guide senior teams across requirements, solutions, scheduling, reliability, and test across NSG/ASG and federal agencies.
• Lead traceability planning, architecture analysis, and cloud/workflow constraints.
• Develop solution designs from requirements and new technology analyses.
• Assist Government in translating mission needs into system requirements and capabilities.
• Support allocation of requirements to architecture components and program execution.
• Perform systems integration activities and analyses (AoAs, CoAs, Trade Studies).
• Support strategic technical planning, risk management, and interface design.
• Operate at a major systems acquisition level across organizational and agency boundaries.
