Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions, LLC seeks expert-level Systems Engineers to lead multi-discipline teams in requirements and solutions engineering for NSG/ASG and federal programs. You will guide planning, traceability, and cloud considerations, translating mission needs into comprehensive system requirements.

The role requires extensive DoD/IC program experience, strong systems engineering expertise, and familiarity with NSG/ASG, NRO, and related geospatial domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field; or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 18+ years of experience in government/industry in DoD/IC acquisition, requirements process, PPBES, or systems engineering of large complex System of Systems.
• Experience with and strong understanding of systems engineering.
• Knowledge of NSG/ASG and NRO.
• Past NGA/NSG/ASG program/project work.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government in directing requirements and solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability and analysis across NSG/ASG and Federal agencies.
• Assist with planning and traceability of user requirements and architectures; review cloud service capabilities and scheduling limitations.
• Advise Government on changes to designs based on analysis of requirements and new tech.
• Translate mission needs into system requirements and solutions.
• Support allocation of requirements to architecture components and programs.
• Assist in leading analyses including AoAs, CoAs, and trade studies.
• Participate in strategic technical planning and risk management.
• Provide expert advice on vision, strategy, plans, and process improvements.
• Coordinate multi-agency program integration across boundaries.
