Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions, LLC seeks expert-level Systems Engineers to lead engineering teams in a multi-discipline approach for GEOINT programs across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies. Responsibilities include requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, and test and evaluation to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT delivery.

Candidates should have 18+ years in DoD/IC or NGA/NSG/ASG programs, strong systems engineering knowledge, and TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 18+ years in government or industry in DoD/IC Acquisition, Requirements, PPBES, or large complex System of Systems.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering concepts and NSG/ASG knowledge.
• Experience with NGA/NSG/ASG programs or DoD programs.
• TS/SCI adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements engineering and solutions engineering across multi-discipline teams.
• Plan and analyze user requirements, architectures traceability, and cloud service capabilities.
• Advise on proposed design changes based on requirements and new tech.
• Support allocations of requirements to system components and program execution.
• Coordinate senior- to junior-level contractor work across major acquisitions.
