Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions, LLC seeks an Expert Systems Engineer to lead multi-discipline teams across requirements and solutions engineering for NSG/ASG and federal agencies. You will drive analysis, planning, and integration of cloud-enabled geospatial intelligence capabilities. The role requires advanced degrees or 18+ years of experience in systems engineering, MBSE, and program management.

U.S. citizenship is required; polygraph/SCI readiness is preferred.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or 18+ years of systems engineering experience.
Experience with DoD/IC Acquisition Process and PPBES Process.
Experience with systems engineering lifecycle and large complex System of Systems.
US Citizenship and SCI clearance readiness (poly) recommended.
Expert knowledge in MBSE processes, tools, and languages.

Responsibilities

Direct requirements and solutions engineering across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies.
Plan and analyze user requirements, architectures traceability, and improve cloud service capabilities.
Advise government on changes to solutions designs based on requirements and new technology.
Translate mission needs into system requirements and solutions.
Support analyses and allocation of requirements to architecture components.
Lead AoAs, COAs, Trade Studies and Engineering Assessments.
Engage in strategic technical planning, risk management and interface design.
Provide expert guidance on vision, strategy, and program plans.
