Job summary

Strategic Alliance Consulting Inc. seeks an Expert-Level Systems Engineer to lead engineering teams across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies.

The role focuses on requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, and integration to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT. The position requires a Master’s degree (or 18+ years of equivalent experience), TS/SCI clearance (polygraph), and extensive DoD/IC acquisition and lifecycle experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.
• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related fields or 18+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
• 18+ years of experience in DoD/IC Acquisition, Requirements Process, PPBES, or large complex System of Systems.
• Experience with systems engineering lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements engineering and solutions engineering across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies.
• Plan and analyze requirements, architectures traceability, and scheduling limitations.
• Advise on proposed design changes based on analysis and new technology.
• Translate mission needs into system requirements and solutions.
• Coordinate Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level Contractor Systems Engineers and ensure deliverables.
