Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions seeks a senior Systems Engineer with TS/SCI clearance and 18+ years in DoD/IC environments. You will direct requirements engineering, system design, and analyses across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies, coordinating with multiple contractors to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will translate user needs into concrete system requirements, lead trade studies, and advise on technology-driven improvements within cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field or 18+ years of experience.
• 18+ years of experience in DoD/IC Acquisition, Requirements, PPBES or large System of Systems.
• Experience with systems engineering lifecycle and cloud environments.
• TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government in directing requirements engineering, scheduling, and testing across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies.
• Support planning, traceability of user requirements and cloud workflow limitations.
• Advise on changes to solution designs based on requirements and new technology.
• Translate mission needs into system requirements and solutions.
• Support analyses and allocation of requirements to architecture components.
• Lead AoAs, CoAs, trade studies and engineering assessments.
• Provide expert guidance on strategy, plans, and process development.
• Coordinate work across multiple contracts and Government leads; ensure timely deliverables.
