Job summary

ANSER is seeking an Expert Systems Engineer to lead enterprise GEOINT systems engineering across NSG/ASG and Federal Agency environments. You will guide requirements engineering, systems integration, and cloud-based solution development while serving as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders.

Expect to mentor engineers at all levels and drive modernization initiatives, enterprise integration, and cross-organizational collaboration to support mission-critical national security programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• 18+ years of experience in DoD/IC acquisition processes or large system-of-systems environments.
• Experience with systems engineering lifecycle and DoD/IC programs.
• Knowledge of NSG/ASG/NRO environments and NGA/NSG/ASG programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary systems engineering activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agency programs.
• Direct requirements engineering, solutions engineering, and system integration activities.
• Analyze traceability of user requirements, architectures, and solutions.
• Evaluate cloud services and scheduling to improve performance.
• Advise stakeholders on designs, modernization strategies, and emerging tech.
• Translate mission needs into technical requirements and engineering solutions.
• Support AoAs, CoAs, trade studies, and engineering assessments.
• Mentor senior-, mid-, and junior-level systems engineers.
• Collaborate with government and contractor GEOINT teams.
