Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking expert-level Systems Engineers to lead multi-discipline teams across geospatial intelligence programs, including NSG/ASG and federal agencies. You will guide requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, and test and evaluation to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT.

Applicants should have extensive DoD/IC experience, TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain, and a track record in large-scale System of Systems projects with cloud, hybrid, or on-prem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM; 4 years extra experience if no degree.
• 18+ years of DoD/IC acquisition and systems engineering experience.
• Experience with NSG/ASG, NGA, NSG program experience.
• TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain and pass polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and solutions engineering across NSG/ASG and federal agencies.
• Plan and trace user requirements, architectures traceability, and cloud/workflow analysis.
• Advise on proposed design changes based on analysis of requirements and new technology.
• Coordinate AoAs, CoAs, and engineering assessments.
