Job summary

SHINE Systems seeks an expert-level Systems Engineer to lead multi-discipline teams across requirements, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, and integration for NSG/ASG and federal programs.

You will translate mission needs into system requirements, guide AoAs/CoAs, and oversee cloud-enabled architecture and performance analyses, with an emphasis on risk management and interface design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field or equivalent experience (4 years with no degree / 2 years with non-STEM degree).
• 18+ years in DoD/IC acquisition, requirements, PPBES, or large System of Systems environments.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and NSG/ASG/NRO enterprises.
• Experience in NGA/NSG/ASG program/project work.
• TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain and pass polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, and integration across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies.
• Advise on changes to solution designs based on analysis of requirements and new tech.
• Translate mission needs into system/capability requirements and architectures.
• Oversee systems integration and AoA/CoA activities and engineering assessments.
• Coordinate multi-level contractor systems engineers and manage risk and interface design.
