Job summary

Mission Intelligence Group seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead engineering teams across the lifecycle, delivering mission-focused GEOINT capabilities for NSG, ASG, NGA and DoD environments.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, strong requirements management, and experience with enterprise architecture in cloud, hybrid, and on-premises setups. You will work with government stakeholders to ensure traceability and interoperability across major acquisition programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in DoD/IC programs and government or industry.
• Experience with DoD/IC Acquisition Processes and PPBES.
• Systems engineering lifecycle and large, complex System-of-Systems environments.
• SOA across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid infrastructures.
• Knowledge of NSG, ASG, NGA/NRO enterprises; IC/DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Guide engineering teams through requirements development, systems integration, architecture analysis, solution design, and engineering assessments.
• Translate mission needs into actionable technical solutions with traceability, performance, reliability and interoperability.
• Collaborate across agencies to integrate systems, services, processes and interfaces supporting Major Systems Acquisitions.
• Align engineering solutions with mission objectives and GEOINT enterprise priorities.
