Job summary

SHINE Systems seeks a senior-level Systems Engineer to guide multi-discipline teams across NSG/ASG and federal agencies. You will oversee requirements engineering, solutions architecture, scheduling, reliability, and integration activities to ensure mission success.

Candidates should have 12+ years in DoD/IC environments, lifecycle knowledge, and NSG/ASG/NRO familiarity, with TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain. The role is based in Reston, VA and requires deep technical collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• 12+ years of DoD/IC Acquisition/Systems Engineering experience in large complex System of Systems.
• Experience with systems engineering lifecycle.
• Knowledge of NSG/ASG and NRO enterprises.
• TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain and pass a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Guide engineers in requirements engineering, scheduling, reliability, and integration across NSG/ASG and federal agencies.
• Translate mission requirements into system capabilities and designs; review cloud service capabilities.
• Develop solutions designs based on analysis of requirements and new technology.
• Assist government in translating needs into system requirements and solutions.
• Perform systems integration activities and conduct AoAs, CoAs, and trade studies.
