Job summary

SHINE Systems seeks Senior-level Systems Engineers to guide multi-discipline teams across NSG/ASG and federal programs. You will oversee requirements engineering, solutions development, scheduling, reliability, and integration efforts, ensuring timely GEOINT capabilities.

Qualifications include a 12+ year background in DoD/IC programs, TS/SCI with polygraph readiness, and experience with lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field or equivalent experience.
12+ years in government or industry with DoD/IC Acquisition or large System of Systems work.
Experience with systems engineering lifecycle and NSG/ASG familiarity.
Clearance: TS/SCI or ability to obtain and polygraph readiness.

Responsibilities

Guide engineering teams across requirements, solutions, scheduling, reliability, and integration.
Lead analysis of requirements traceability, architectures, and cloud workflow constraints.
Develop solutions designs based on requirements and new technologies.
Assist in translating mission needs into system/capability requirements.
Support allocation of requirements to architecture components and programs.
Perform systems integration activities and AoA/CoA studies.
Support strategic planning, performance engineering, risk, and interface design.
Operate at the level of integrating multiple systems across major acquisitions.
