Job summary

Compatible Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks an Expert-Level GEOINT Integrator to support enterprise transformation across NGA and Mission Partners.

In this high-visibility role, you will guide systems engineering and integration across the full lifecycle—from architecture to transition to operations. You will lead Digital Engineering/MBSE adoption, align requirements and interfaces, mentor engineers, and coordinate across NGA PEOs and partners to drive enterprise modernization and capability

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or STEM field.
18+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Extensive experience leading systems engineering, integration, architecture, and analysis across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture gap analyses and development of future-state enterprise architectures.
Perform analyses and trade studies to support strategic investment decisions.
Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, architecture, interfaces, and system capabilities.
Capture mission needs into technical requirements and integrated solutions.
Lead enterprise-wide systems integration across NGA PEOs and Mission Partners.
