Job summary

Solvarus Consulting in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Integration leader to advance GEOINT modernization. You will guide complex integration programs, shape future-state architectures, and advise government partners on enterprise transformation from concept through transition to operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply MBSE and Digital Engineering practices, ensure traceability across requirements and systems, and mentor engineers while expanding

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a STEM field.
• 18+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 18+ years leading systems engineering, systems integration, architecture, and technical analysis across the full lifecycle.
• Extensive experience designing and integrating complex IT/enterprise systems.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Experience in DoD or IC acquisitions (PPBES) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide systems integration across the PEOs and Mission Partners.
• Advise government stakeholders on integration strategy, architecture modernization, and enterprise transformation.
• Establish partnerships across organizations to drive synchronized integration planning and execution.
• Lead high-visibility integration projects from concept through Transition to Operations.
• Lead architecture gap analyses and development of future-state architectures.
• Perform AoAs, COAs, and trade studies to support strategic investments.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, architecture, interfaces, and system capabilities.
• Translate mission and customer needs into technical requirements and integrated solutions.
• Drive adoption of Digital Engineering and MBSE methodologies.
• Develop integrated project plans, CONOPS, target-state architectures, roadmaps, and docs.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs supporting GEOINT modernization across domains.
• Define and improve modern systems integration processes using Agile, Digital Engineering, AI.
• Mentor engineers and integrators while expanding team capabilities and capacity.
