Job summary

Solvarus Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Leader to modernize GEOINT architectures and drive MBSE-enabled Digital Engineering within the Enterprise Engineering & Architecture Division.

The role requires extensive DoD/IC experience, active TS/SCI–with polygraph eligibility, and a proven record of leading cross‑organizational integration initiatives across the full system lifecycle.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or a STEM field.
18+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Extensive experience leading systems engineering, systems integration, architecture, and technical analysis across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide systems integration across PEOs and Mission Partners.
Advise government stakeholders on integration strategy and architecture modernization.
Establish cross-organizational partnerships to drive synchronized planning and execution.
Lead high-visibility integration projects from concept to Transition to Operations (TTO).
Lead architecture gap analyses and future-state architectures.
Perform analyses and trade studies to support strategic investments.
Capture and translate mission needs into technical requirements and integrated solutions.
Drive Digital Engineering and MBSE adoption across teams.
