Job summary

Integrity Technology Consultants seeks an Expert GEOINT Lead Integrator to drive enterprise transformation across NGA and partners. You will guide systems engineering, architecture, and MBSE practices, overseeing cross‑functional teams through architecture and transition activities.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring DoD/IC acquisition familiarity. The position is fully onsite in Chantilly or Springfield, VA with potential for senior-level engagement across NGA programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Minimum education: Master’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT, MIS, or related STEM field.
• 18+ years of relevant experience may substitute a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide systems integration across NGA Program Executive Offices and Mission Partners.
• Guide architecture and engineering activities, including gap analyses and future-state architectures.
• Drive Digital Engineering/MBSE adoption and develop integrated project plans, CONOPS, roadmaps, and engineering docs.
• Mentor engineers and cross-functional teams; provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary groups.
