Peraton seeks an Expert GEOINT Lead Integrator to guide enterprise-wide systems integration for NGA and Mission Partners. You will shape architecture modernization and drive transitions from concept through operations, serving as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders.

Lead MBSE-driven engineering, develop roadmaps, and mentor teams while collaborating across Analytic, Data Services, and IT domains. Top Secret/SCI with poly required; onsite in VA options available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MIS or related STEM field; or 18+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 18+ years leading systems engineering, systems integration, architecture, and technical analysis across full lifecycle.
• Extensive experience designing, analyzing, documenting, and integrating complex IT/enterprise systems.
• DoD/IC acquisition processes and/or PPBES experience at expert level.
• Experience leading large cross‑organizational engineering/integration initiatives.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide systems integration across NGA PEOs and Mission Partners.
• Advise government stakeholders on integration strategy, architecture modernization, and transformation initiatives.
• Establish partnerships to drive synchronized integration planning and execution.
• Lead high-visibility integration projects from concept to Transition to Operations.
