Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Expert-Level GEOINT System Integrator to lead large-scale, onsite integration across NGA and Mission Partners. The role covers architecture, requirements, CONOPS, testing, and transition to operations, with a focus on modernizing GEOINT data standards.

You will steer enterprise readiness, manage multi-phase roadmaps, and mentor engineers, advancing MBSE, Agile, and AI practices. A TS/SCI clearance is required for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent expert-level experience in systems integration.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience architecting and building large-scale SOA-based systems.
• Experience integrating solutions using cloud-based technologies (SOA, on-demand self-service, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility with ability to pass a polygraph.
• Strong cross-organizational coordination and enterprise transition planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transition planning and readiness for modernized GEOINT data standards across the NSG.
• Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for architecture, engineering, integration, testing, and transition activities.
• Conduct AoAs and develop dual-operations transition architectures.
• Develop and manage multi-phase enterprise transition roadmaps.
• Provide SME expertise in the development of enterprise and program requirements.
• Lead strategy development for joint baseline management updates, enterprise test planning, and joint transition planning.
• Lead end-to-end coordination for readiness milestones.
• Develop community outreach plans and messaging.
• Lead end-to-end integration and transition efforts between NGA and Mission Partners.
