Job summary

Integrity Technology Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Expert GEOINT Lead Integrator to guide enterprise transformation initiatives for NGA and partners. Fully onsite in Chantilly or Springfield, VA, you will oversee end-to-end integration across the full lifecycle.

The role demands TS/SCI with CI Poly, a Master’s in a STEM field, and 18+ years leading systems engineering, integration, and MBSE. You will mentor teams and drive architecture modernization and governance.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Master's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, MIS or other STEM discipline.
• 18+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive experience leading systems engineering, integration, architecture, and analysis.
• DoD/IC acquisition processes and PPBES experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide systems integration across NGA PEOs and partners.
• Guide architecture modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Drive MBSE adoption and Digital Engineering practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross‑functional teams.
