KoBold Metals is seeking a Senior Geochemist to lead geochemical programs across a global exploration portfolio. You will plan and execute sampling campaigns, ensure data quality, and work with scientists, software engineers, and field teams to drive exploration decisions.

The role requires international travel, strong geochemical expertise, and the ability to operate in a remote-first organization with KoBold standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in mineral exploration.
• Experience designing and executing surface geochemical programs.
• Experience running geochemical side of drilling programs.
• Ability to travel internationally for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Embed geochemist role across North America, Europe, and Africa and influence exploration decisions.
• Design geochemical sampling programs for terrain and mineral systems.
• Own geochemical component of drilling programs and QC procedures.
• Interpret multi-element datasets and collaborate with data scientists.
