Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Mechanical/Automotive engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• JD/PhD in Mechanical/Automotive engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical leader and primary engineering authority for assigned genset development programs, owning technical execution from concept through production launch.
• Establish product architecture, engineering requirements, and technical direction while aligning to performance, quality, cost, schedule, and business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional integration across Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Software, Validation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Configuration teams to deliver integrated products.
• Drive engineering plans, design reviews, stage-gate readiness, and key technical decisions while mitigating program risks.
• Oversee verification, validation, design changes, and production readiness activities, and communicate program status to stakeholders.
