Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Project Specialist to lead complex genset development programs from concept to production launch. You will work with global cross-functional teams to drive technical direction, manage risk, and ensure performance, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

The role requires strong engineering leadership in power generation, with a track record of delivering scalable, manufacturable products and coordinating across Mechanical, Electrical, and Software domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering with relevant design experience.
• Experience leading complex genset development programs and working across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical leader and primary engineering authority for genset programs from concept to launch.
• Establish architecture, requirements, and technical direction aligned with performance, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Lead cross-functional integration across Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Software, Validation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Configuration teams.
• Oversee verification, validation, and production readiness activities and manage program risk.
