Rolls-Royce Power Systems is seeking a Project Specialist to lead complex genset development programs from concept to production launch. You will coordinate across Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Software, Validation, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure performance, quality, cost and schedule goals.

The role requires strong technical leadership, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration in a global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate degree in Mechanical/Automotive or related Engineering with relevant power-gen experience.
• US citizenship or work authorization required for all applicants.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical leader and primary engineering authority for genset development programs from concept through production launch.
• Establish product architecture, engineering requirements, and technical direction while aligning to performance, quality, cost, schedule and business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional integration across Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Software, Validation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Configuration teams to deliver integrated, manufacturable products.
• Drive engineering plans, stage-gate readiness, and key technical decisions while proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks.
• Oversee verification, validation, design changes, and production readiness activities, communicating program status and supporting engineering team development.
