Job summary

Saransh Inc is seeking a Senior Genesys Observability Engineer to blend traditional contact center engineering with site reliability and observability practices. This role requires hands-on Genesys expertise, strong telemetry design, and experience with at least two of LGTM stack, Dynatrace, or Splunk.

The position is based in Weehawken, NJ, with hybrid work (minimum 3 days in office) and on-call responsibilities. US-based applicants preferred.

This is a unique position that blends traditional Contact Center Engineering (Genesys) with Site Reliability/Observability practices

Role Overview

• Experience Level: 4 8 years

• On-Call: Remote on-call support is required.

Key Technical Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Genesys Expertise: Hands-on experience with Genesys On-Premises (Engage/PureConnect) and/or Genesys Cloud CX (routing, IVR/Architect flows, upgrades, and platform health).


• Observability Stack: Strong experience designing and implementing telemetry frameworks. Candidates must have hands-on experience with at least TWO of the following three (all three is highly preferred): LGTM Stack: Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir (for dashboards, log aggregation, and distributed tracing); Dynatrace: Deploying OneAgent, utilizing Davis AI for anomaly detection/root cause analysis; Splunk: Configuring data inputs, forwarders, and building dashboards for platform events and CDRs.


• Nice to have: ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4) and a Bachelor s degree in a related technical field.
