Saransh Inc is seeking a Senior Genesys Observability Engineer to blend traditional contact center engineering with site reliability and observability practices. This role requires hands-on Genesys expertise, strong telemetry design, and experience with at least two of LGTM stack, Dynatrace, or Splunk.

The position is based in Weehawken, NJ, with hybrid work (minimum 3 days in office) and on-call responsibilities. US-based applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience Level: 4–8 years.
• Hybrid work model: minimum 3 days/week from the Weehawken, NJ office.
• On-call support required, including remote on-call.
