Job summary

Waukesha Pearce Industries, LLC is seeking a Generator Leaderman to provide advanced troubleshooting, guidance, and field leadership for generator and transfer switch systems. The role supports service technicians, trains staff, and may fill in for the service manager as needed.

You will perform startups, site walks, and load tests, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating with the service team and customers.

Qualifications

• Must have 10 years of experience in generator service or related field.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Proven track record in startups, troubleshooting, and load testing generators.
• Must possess valid driver's license and pass drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to service technicians and customers.
• Lead service projects and supervise technicians when needed.
• Complete and finalize job work orders promptly.
• Perform site walks prior to startup and assist with startups and load tests.
• Maintain safe work practices and promote welfare across divisions.
