Balicore Construction is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple construction projects and drive safety, quality, and on-time performance. This role requires strong leadership of superintendents, foremen, and field personnel, with focus on coordinating resources and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• 5+ years supervising multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing Superintendents and Foremen.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field leadership including Superintendents and Foremen.
• Oversee multiple active construction projects and keep them on schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and material resources.
• Maintain OSHA safety compliance and promote safety culture.
• Ensure work meets plans, specs, permits, and contract requirements.
• Manage labor productivity and project costs.
• Maintain positive client relationships and represent the company on site.
