Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ten years or more of commercial construction field experience.
• Proficiency with PC and construction software (email, internet, MS Office).
• Ability to read plans and specs.
• OSHA 30.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee and mentor field personnel including subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Ensure safety is integrated into project planning and execution (Zero Harm).
• Develop and manage project budgets and cost reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Lead weekly subcontractor and owner meetings and participate in monthly project reporting.
• Create and maintain project schedules (P6) and logistics plans.
• Coordinate procurement, risk identification, and preconstruction activities.
• Closeout procedures, project punch lists, and certificate of occupancy.
