Job summary

Jobot, a leading design-build general contractor, seeks a seasoned General Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple active projects and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This hands-on leader will mentor field teams, manage scheduling, and coordinate with project management and executive leadership to drive results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field leadership in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to lead multiple superintendents and complex projects.
• Deep understanding of construction means, methods, and trades.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control.
• Able to read and enforce construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for on-site construction across multiple projects.
• Champion jobsite safety and mitigate risk.
• Mentor superintendents and field staff.
• Oversee scheduling, sequencing, and manpower planning.
• Ensure adherence to contract documents, drawings, and specs.
• Coordinate with project management to resolve field issues.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and field meetings.
• Monitor quality control and compliance with submittals.
• Review progress and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain client relationships with professionalism and accountability.
• Support preconstruction and planning when applicable.
